Vendors

Food & Beverage

We love good food that’s good for our community. We are looking for vendors to share a variety of healthy, comfort and affordable food choices at the festival all weekend long. We run from Friday at noon until Monday morning. Some guests are still looking for food options until early afternoon on Monday. 

Please leave us as much detail as possible in the application as to the price points, menu item examples and anything else you want us to know about what you want to offer the festival goers. Also let us know what you may require from us for space, power or other details that might help us plan your booth location as best we can.

Food Vendor Fee: $400

The vendor fee includes:

  • 2 staff members tickets and entry for the festival.
  • Camping for the weekend.
  • Area for your booth set up. Approximately 10′ x 10′.
  • Power outlet.
  • Additional staff please add $100 per person.

Due to space limitations of the festival we cannot have vehicles parked on site.

There is no entry and exit of vehicles allowed into the festival grounds between 11:00 AM, Friday, September 1 until Monday morning.

We encourage vendors to set up between Thursday afternoon and noon on Friday. There will be people on site camping Thursday evening for volunteers and staff for setting up, you are welcome to be open to sell to those guests that evening.

Retail

We love unique items, fun clothing, art and other crafty items or items made by our skilled community. We are looking for vendors to share a variety of gifts and retails items at the festival all weekend long. We run from Friday at noon until Monday morning. 

Please leave us as much detail as possible in the application about what you will be offering or what your business provides as a service. Also let us know what you may require from us for space, power or other details that might help us plan your booth location as best we can. We encourage you to plan to have a shade tent or booth cover. 

Retail Vendor Fee: $300

The vendor fee includes:

  • 2 staff members weekend tickets for the festival.

  • Camping for the weekend.

  • Area for your booth set up. Approximately 10′ x 10′.

  • One power outlet – 15 amp.

  • Additional staff please add $100 per person to a max of 4 staff total.

There is no entry and exit of vehicles allowed into the festival grounds between Thursday to Monday morning. We encourage vendors to set up between Wednesday to Thursday morning.

Due to space limitations of the festival we cannot have vehicles parked on site. If you require your vehicle for your booth let me know so that plans can be discussed to have it parked behind your booth out of sight. Once parked it will not be able to leave the grounds.

Service

We love unique offerings for our guests. We are looking for vendors to share a variety of services such as hair options, body art, face painting, classes and other fun. We run from Friday at noon until Monday morning. 

Please leave us as much detail as possible in the application as to a description of what you will be offering or what your business provides as a service. Item examples and anything else you want us to know about what you want to offer the festival goers.

The vendor fee includes:

  • 1 staff member’s tickets and entry for the festival.

  • Camping for the weekend.

  • Area for your booth set up. Approximately 10′ x 10′.

  • Power outlet – 15 amp.

  • One additional staff person is allowed for $100.
