Camping

Camping Facilities

  • The festival provides dedicated camping zones between lines of pines trees with the ground covered in years of fallen pine needles to ensure a comfortable experience for all campers. The trees also make for amazing hammock hanging.

  • We cannot accommodate campers on the festival grounds however, you are welcome to park one along the road outside festival with other general parking.

  • Access to clean and maintained porta potty facilities with proper sanitation.

  • Freshwater stations to refill water bottles and stay hydrated.

  • 24/7 security to ensure the safety and well-being of campers.

  • Harm reduction on site.

  • Multiple food vendors providing a variety of food options.

  • Vendor marketplace with unique items and services.

  • Cash to use at vendors.

What to Bring

  • Tent: smaller tents fit between the trees best.

  • Sleeping bag and mat or air mattress: Keep warm during the night with a cozy sleeping bag and a comfortable mat to keep you off of the ground.

  • Camping chair: Portable camping chairs are ideal for relaxing between festival activities, visiting friends and lounging by the stages.

  • Flashlight or headlamp: Essential for navigating the campsite after dark.

  • Clothing: Pack weather-appropriate clothing, including warm layers for chilly evenings and comfortable attire for daytime activities. The evenings will be colder in September, staying up all night you will be thankful for warm layers.

  • Toiletries: Don’t forget essentials like sunscreen, insect repellent, wet wipes, and hand sanitizer.

  • Reusable water bottle: Stay hydrated by refilling your water bottle at the freshwater stations.

  • Food and snacks: Bring non-perishable food items and snacks to keep you energized throughout the festival. We will also have a variety of vendors serving food.

  • Trash bags: Help keep the campsite clean by packing your trash in designated bags. Leaving no trace of camping is appreciated.

Camping Guidelines

  • Respect your fellow campers and maintain a friendly and inclusive atmosphere.

  • Follow festival staff instructions and posted signage for safety and organization.

  • Dispose of trash properly in designated bins to keep the campsite clean and eco-friendly.

  • Always avoid leaving valuable items unattended.

  • Be mindful of noise levels during the late hours to allow for peaceful rest for all campers when you are in your tent areas.

  • Familiarize yourself with your neighbours and look after each other.
